Who We’re Looking For
General Knowledge in the following:
- Strong English written communication skills. Resume must be in English to be considered.
- Fast typing speed and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts for efficiency
- Basic understanding of WordPress
- Basic understanding of design and visual website elements
Experience
- General word processing experience
- Basic image editing experience
- Experience with WordPress page builders (Desired)
- Basic understanding of SEO (Desired)
- HTML experience (Desired)

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities
- Placement of content (copywriting and images) on client sites
- Detail-oriented tweaks of content formatting on client sites
- Preparing client redesign content for launch
- Ability to think critically and troubleshoot minor formatting issues
- Coordinating with designer to fix larger content issues before launch
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly production goals
- Requires reliable internet access
Percentage Breakdown
- 50% page by page content edits and creation of new pages on client sites
- 30% full site content integration or transfers for redesigns
- 10% detail-oriented formatting tweaks
- 10% basic image editing
Compensation
Negotiable, based on experience
