Onboarding

Within 24 hours of signing your agreement, you'll receive a welcome email with your onboarding checklist, Aesthetix Hub login credentials, and a link to schedule your kickoff call. Your dedicated account manager will walk you through the first 30 days, collect the access credentials we need, and set expectations for timelines and deliverables. Billing

All plans are billed monthly on the anniversary of your start date. Payment is processed automatically via the card on file. You'll receive an invoice via email before each charge. Ad spend is billed separately by Google/Meta directly to your ad accounts — we don't mark up ad spend.

Reporting & Results

You have two reporting channels:

  • Aesthetix Hub Dashboard — Real-time access to campaign performance, lead pipeline, booked appointments, and review metrics. Log in anytime at leads.aesthetixhub.com.
  • Monthly Strategy Report — A comprehensive PDF report delivered by the 5th of each month covering the previous month's performance, insights, and recommendations for the month ahead.

Depends on your plan, but a typical week includes:

  • Reviewing and optimizing ad campaigns (bid adjustments, audience refinement, negative keywords)
  • Creating and scheduling social media content
  • Monitoring lead pipeline and follow-up automations
  • Responding to review management alerts
  • Analyzing performance data and making strategic adjustments
  • Building new ad creatives or landing page variations for testing

Technical & Integrations

You do. Always. We manage your campaigns inside YOUR Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. If we ever part ways, your campaigns, data, and history stay with you. We never run client campaigns through agency-owned accounts.
