We made the contrarian bet.

Aesthetix Media was founded in 2014 by Razvan Claudio Ivanescu with a thesis most agency owners called too narrow: what if we only served med spas?

The idea came from watching the medical aesthetics industry explode — and watching the marketing agencies trying to serve it fail spectacularly. Generic agencies were running the same playbooks they used for chiropractors and car dealerships. Med spa owners were burning $5K, $10K, $15K a month on marketing that didn't understand their patient journey, their treatment margins, or the difference between a Botox lead and a body contouring consultation.

We saw the gap. Instead of building an agency that also does med spas, we built an agency that does nothing else.
