At Aesthetix Media, every new team member — regardless of experience level — goes through our comprehensive Bootcamp training program. You'll receive hands-on training in:
- CMS platforms (Webflow and WordPress) including page building, collection management, template editing, and publishing workflows
- SEO content optimization covering meta tags, header hierarchy, image alt text, internal linking, URL structures, and keyword placement during the publishing process
- Schema markup implementation for blog posts, service pages, FAQ sections, and local business structured data to enhance search visibility
- Content workflows and cross-platform distribution — repurposing long-form content into email, social, landing page, and Google Business Profile formats
- Med spa content standards including medical aesthetics terminology, treatment descriptions, and compliance considerations for healthcare marketing

Desired Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or Journalism.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in content management, web publishing, or CMS administration
- Proficiency with Webflow and/or WordPress, including page building and CMS collections
- Working knowledge of on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, internal linking, image optimization)
- Familiarity with schema markup and structured data implementation
- Experience coordinating with writers, designers, and marketing teams in a content production workflow

What You'll Do
Core responsibilities
- 01Publish blog posts, service pages, location pages, and landing pages on client websites using Webflow and WordPress CMS platforms
- 02Optimize all published content for SEO, including meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, image alt text, internal links, and URL slugs
- 03Manage CMS collections, templates, and dynamic content structures to ensure scalable and organized site architectures
- 04Coordinate with content writers to receive drafts, provide formatting feedback, and ensure final versions meet publishing standards
- 05Implement schema markup (FAQ, Article, LocalBusiness, Service) on published pages to enhance search engine visibility
- 06Ensure all published content aligns with Aesthetix Media brand guidelines, including formatting, imagery, and tone of voice
- 07Conduct pre-publish QA checks on every page, verifying links, forms, mobile responsiveness, and load speed
- 08Maintain a content publishing calendar and track publishing deadlines across multiple client accounts
- 09Troubleshoot CMS issues including broken layouts, embed errors, and integration conflicts
- 10Update and refresh existing content based on SEO team recommendations and performance data
- 11Document publishing processes and create training materials for new team members
Compensation
