At Aesthetix Media, every new team member — regardless of experience level — goes through our comprehensive Bootcamp training program. You'll receive hands-on training in:

• Med Spa Brand Aesthetics — Understand the premium visual language of the medical aesthetics industry and how to translate it into compelling design
• Digital Asset Production — Learn our production workflows, file naming conventions, export specs, and quality standards across all digital channels
• Motion Graphics Basics — Get introduced to our motion design standards for social media, ads, and website micro-interactions
• Design System Creation — Master how we build scalable design systems and component libraries that ensure consistency across client accounts
• Client Brand Management — Learn how we onboard, maintain, and evolve brand identities for multiple med spa clients simultaneously

The right fit for this role

Core responsibilities

• 01Create digital design assets for websites, ads, and social media across all med spa client accounts
• 02Develop and maintain client brand guidelines that scale across every touchpoint
• 03Design landing pages and conversion-focused layouts that drive patient bookings
• 04Produce motion graphics and animated content for social media and ad campaigns
• 05Build reusable design templates and component libraries to accelerate production
• 06Execute photo retouching and image editing for client marketing materials
• 07Create before-and-after treatment graphics that comply with industry standards
• 08Design presentation decks and reports for client deliverables and internal use
• 09Ensure all designs meet platform specifications for web, social, email, and print
• 10Collaborate with the development team on design implementation and asset handoff
• 11Maintain organized design file systems with consistent naming and versioning
