  • Client strategy and communication including performance presentations, escalation management, and strategic planning sessions
Who We're Looking For

Desired Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in a management or team lead role
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social, email) at an agency
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and ROI measurement
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting performance, and presenting to stakeholders
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams

What You'll Do

Core responsibilities

  • 01Oversee all digital marketing operations across the agency, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on strategy
  • 02Manage and develop the marketing team, including SEO specialists, media buyers, content creators, and automation specialists
  • 03Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for med spa clients that integrate paid media, organic, social, email, and automation
  • 04Own department budget management, allocating resources across clients and channels to maximize ROI
  • 05Lead client strategy calls, presenting performance reviews, strategic recommendations, and campaign roadmaps
  • 06Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development plans
  • 07Establish and refine internal processes, SOPs, and quality standards for campaign execution and reporting
  • 08Monitor cross-channel campaign performance and make strategic adjustments based on data and client feedback
  • 09Collaborate with the sales team on pitches, proposals, and onboarding to ensure seamless transitions from sale to delivery
  • 10Report to leadership on department KPIs, revenue impact, team capacity, and growth opportunities
  • 11Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and competitive dynamics to keep strategies cutting-edge
  • 12Drive innovation in service offerings, identifying new channels, tools, or methodologies that benefit clients
