  • Product & Service Knowledge — Deep understanding of every Aesthetix Media marketing package, deliverable, and expected ROI so you can sell with confidence
Who We're Looking For

The right fit for this role

Desired Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, web design)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management
  • Understanding of the healthcare or aesthetics industry is a strong plus
  • Experience with consultative or solution-based selling

What You'll Do

Core responsibilities

  • 01Conduct daily outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to med spa owners and decision-makers
  • 02Run discovery calls to identify prospect pain points, marketing gaps, and growth goals
  • 03Deliver compelling product demos showcasing Aesthetix Media's marketing solutions and expected ROI
  • 04Manage your sales pipeline in GoHighLevel, keeping all deal stages, notes, and follow-ups current
  • 05Follow up with warm leads and nurture prospects through multi-touch sequences until they are ready to close
  • 06Prepare and present custom proposals and pricing packages tailored to each prospect's needs
  • 07Close deals and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • 08Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness
  • 09Attend weekly sales meetings to review pipeline health, share wins, and strategize on stuck deals
  • 10Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new treatments in the medical aesthetics space
  • 11Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on key metrics (calls made, demos booked, deals closed)
