  • SEO foundations including technical SEO, local SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy tailored to the medical aesthetics vertical
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup, audience targeting, bid strategies, ad creative best practices, and platform-specific optimization techniques
  • Analytics and reporting tools including GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and GoHighLevel reporting dashboards
  • Marketing automation using GoHighLevel — email sequences, SMS campaigns, and workflow automations that nurture leads and drive patient bookings
  • Med spa treatment marketing fundamentals — common procedures, patient decision journeys, seasonal demand patterns, and what makes aesthetics marketing unique
Who We're Looking For

Desired Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one SEO platform (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz)
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization

What You'll Do

Core responsibilities

  • 01Execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, and SMS for med spa clients
  • 02Manage and optimize client ad accounts, adjusting budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives based on performance data
  • 03Optimize client landing pages for conversion, working with the design team on layout, copy, and user flow improvements
  • 04Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, email subject lines, and CTAs to improve performance metrics
  • 05Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards in GoHighLevel and Google Analytics
  • 06Perform keyword research, on-page SEO audits, and competitive analysis for client websites
  • 07Set up and manage marketing automations including email drip sequences, SMS follow-ups, and lead nurture workflows
  • 08Monitor campaign KPIs daily and flag underperforming campaigns with recommended corrective actions
  • 09Collaborate with the content team to ensure all published material is optimized for search and conversion
  • 10Stay current on Google, Meta, and industry algorithm updates and proactively adjust strategies
  • 11Document campaign processes and contribute to the team's shared knowledge base
