Desired Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in one of the following fields:
Requirements
- Project Management
- Business Administration
- Information Technology
- Communications
- Related professional discipline
- Experience managing web design and development projects from start to finish
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira) and workflow automation
- Understanding of web development processes, timelines, and dependencies
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and how to adapt them for agency environments
- Experience with client-facing project management, including scope and expectation management
Qualities
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage complex timelines
- Strong leadership and communication skills across teams and with clients
- Proactive risk manager who identifies and mitigates issues before they impact delivery
- Calm under pressure with the ability to navigate competing priorities gracefully
What You'll Do
Core responsibilities
- 01Manage website projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- 02Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and task dependencies in ClickUp
- 03Coordinate between design, development, and content teams to keep projects moving
- 04Lead client kickoff meetings and recurring status update calls
- 05Manage project scope and handle change requests with clear communication
- 06Track budgets and resource allocation across concurrent projects
- 07Ensure quality standards are met before any project goes live
- 08Create project documentation, SOPs, and process templates for the team
- 09Manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping any details
- 10Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication
- 11Facilitate team communication and collaboration across departments
- 12Conduct post-launch reviews and client handoffs with thorough documentation
