Desired Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Business, or Statistics.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution
  • Experience with A/B testing ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Knowledge of ad copywriting and creative best practices
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting dashboards

What You'll Do

Core responsibilities

  • 01Build and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns for med spa clients
  • 02Create ad copy and creative briefs aligned with client objectives
  • 03Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and event configurations
  • 04Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and client-specific KPIs
  • 05Manage significant monthly ad budgets across multiple accounts
  • 06Perform audience research and targeting for aesthetics demographics
  • 07Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements
  • 08Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • 09Stay current with Meta and Google platform updates and best practices
  • 10Collaborate with the design team on ad creatives and visual assets
  • 11Ensure all ads comply with medical advertising guidelines and platform policies
