  • Aesthetix Media Services Overview — Deep understanding of our marketing packages so you can accurately position our solutions during initial conversations
Who We're Looking For

Desired Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in lead development, SDR/BDR roles, or appointment setting
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and automated follow-up sequences
  • Strong phone and written communication skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing services and how they benefit businesses
  • Experience working in healthcare, aesthetics, or B2B services is a plus

What You'll Do

Core responsibilities

  • 01Qualify all inbound leads (website forms, chat inquiries, phone calls) using our lead scoring framework
  • 02Schedule consultations and product demos for senior sales team members
  • 03Manage and update lead records in GoHighLevel with detailed notes, tags, and status updates
  • 04Execute multi-channel follow-up sequences (phone, email, SMS) to engage leads who haven't booked
  • 05Respond to inbound inquiries within defined SLA windows to maximize conversion rates
  • 06Score leads based on practice size, budget, marketing maturity, and readiness to buy
  • 07Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality by source and campaign
  • 08Track and report on key metrics including response time, qualification rate, and appointments set
  • 09Identify patterns in lead objections and share insights with the sales and marketing teams
  • 10Maintain a clean and organized pipeline with no stale or unactioned leads
  • 11Participate in weekly pipeline review meetings and contribute to team strategy
