- Client Communication Standards — Tone, cadence, and format for emails, calls, and meeting agendas that reflect the Aesthetix Media brand
- CRM & Project Management Tools — Navigating GoHighLevel and ClickUp to track client tasks, deliverables, and timelines
Who We're Looking For

Desired Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing coordination
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Interest in the healthcare or medical aesthetics industry

What You'll Do
Core responsibilities
- 01Assist senior account executives with day-to-day client management tasks and communications
- 02Prepare campaign performance reports and client-facing summaries on a weekly and monthly basis
- 03Coordinate with delivery teams (SEO, paid media, social, design) to ensure projects stay on schedule
- 04Attend client calls alongside senior AEs, take detailed meeting notes, and track action items to completion
- 05Update CRM records in GoHighLevel with client notes, task statuses, and key milestones
- 06Draft client emails, agendas, and follow-up communications for senior AE review
- 07Monitor project timelines in ClickUp and flag potential delays before they impact deliverables
- 08Help prepare materials for quarterly business reviews and strategy presentations
- 09Manage internal task handoffs between departments to keep campaigns moving smoothly
- 10Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and client workflows
- 11Shadow senior AEs during strategic conversations to build your account management skills
