Who We're Looking For

Desired Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or Project Management.
Requirements
- Experience with content management systems and editorial workflows
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
- Understanding of copywriting workflows from brief to final delivery
- Basic knowledge of SEO content principles and keyword integration

- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
What You'll Do
Core responsibilities
- 01Coordinate copywriting assignments across the content team
- 02Manage editorial calendars for multiple med spa clients
- 03Review copy for brand consistency, tone, and accuracy
- 04Track project timelines and flag potential delays early
- 05Liaise between copywriters and clients to ensure alignment on deliverables
- 06Maintain and update content style guides for each client account
- 07Organize content assets in shared drives and project management tools
- 08Ensure on-time delivery of all content projects
- 09Quality-check all copy before submission to clients or publishing
- 10Support senior content strategists with research and content planning
