• 4Med spa terminology, treatments, and industry-specific language
• 5Editorial calendar planning, scheduling, and execution

Requirements

• Experience with content management systems and editorial workflows
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
• Understanding of copywriting workflows from brief to final delivery
• Basic knowledge of SEO content principles and keyword integration

Core responsibilities

• 01Coordinate copywriting assignments across the content team
• 02Manage editorial calendars for multiple med spa clients
• 03Review copy for brand consistency, tone, and accuracy
• 04Track project timelines and flag potential delays early
• 05Liaise between copywriters and clients to ensure alignment on deliverables
• 06Maintain and update content style guides for each client account
• 07Organize content assets in shared drives and project management tools
• 08Ensure on-time delivery of all content projects
• 09Quality-check all copy before submission to clients or publishing
• 10Support senior content strategists with research and content planning
