- Brand Identity Systems — Learn how we build, manage, and evolve brand identities for med spa clients across multiple touchpoints
- Social Media Design Specs — Master platform-specific design requirements for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
- Ad Creative Best Practices — Study high-performing ad creative patterns for Meta and Google campaigns in the medical aesthetics space
- Med Spa Visual Trends — Understand the visual language of the medical aesthetics industry, from premium clinical aesthetics to approachable wellness branding
- Design Tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) — Get aligned on our design workflows, file organization, and asset management standards
Who We're Looking For

Desired Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in one of the following fields:
Requirements
- Graphic Design
- Visual Communications
- Marketing
- Fine Arts
- A related creative or communications discipline
- Self-taught candidates with a strong portfolio will also be considered
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience creating social media graphics across multiple platforms
- Understanding of brand identity systems and visual consistency
- Familiarity with both print and digital design production
- Portfolio demonstrating marketing design work
Qualities
- Creative with a strong aesthetic sense for premium branding
- Brand-conscious and detail-oriented in every deliverable
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas
- Fast turnaround under deadlines without sacrificing quality
What You'll Do
Core responsibilities
- 01Design social media graphics and reusable templates for med spa clients
- 02Create ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns that drive bookings and consultations
- 03Develop marketing collateral including presentations, one-pagers, and client-facing guides
- 04Maintain visual brand consistency across all client accounts and channels
- 05Design email templates and newsletter layouts for client retention campaigns
- 06Create infographics and data visualizations for reports and educational content
- 07Support website design with graphic elements, icons, and illustrations
- 08Adapt designs for multiple platforms and sizes (social, web, print, email)
- 09Collaborate with copywriters on visual storytelling that resonates with med spa audiences
Compensation
Negotiable, based on experience.
