Who We're Looking For

Desired Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Finance, or Statistics.

Requirements

  • Experience managing significant monthly media budgets across multiple accounts
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
  • Understanding of media planning and buying processes end-to-end
  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and DSPs
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and cross-channel measurement

What You'll Do

Core responsibilities

  • 01Plan and execute media buying strategies across digital channels for med spa clients
  • 02Manage and optimize media budgets for maximum ROI and client satisfaction
  • 03Negotiate rates and placements with platforms, publishers, and partners
  • 04Analyze campaign performance and adjust spending allocation in real time
  • 05Develop media plans aligned with client goals, timelines, and budgets
  • 06Forecast campaign performance, spend pacing, and budget needs
  • 07Identify new advertising opportunities and emerging channels
  • 08Coordinate with the creative team on asset requirements and ad specifications
  • 09Prepare media performance reports and strategic insights for clients
  • 10Stay current with industry trends, platform changes, and competitive landscape
  • 11Ensure compliance with medical advertising regulations across all channels
