Who We're Looking For

The right fit for this role

Desired Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client strategy, or B2B sales at a marketing agency
  • Proven track record of managing six-figure client accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing services across multiple channels
  • Experience mentoring and leading junior team members
  • Healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness industry experience is highly valued

What You'll Do

Core responsibilities

  • 01Own and manage a portfolio of high-value med spa client accounts, serving as the primary strategic point of contact
  • 02Develop and execute account growth strategies that align marketing initiatives with each client's business goals
  • 03Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with detailed performance analysis, strategic recommendations, and forward-looking roadmaps
  • 04Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to increase monthly recurring revenue
  • 05Mentor and coach junior account executives on client management, strategic thinking, and professional development
  • 06Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure campaign execution meets the strategic vision set during client planning sessions
  • 07Monitor account health metrics (satisfaction scores, engagement levels, at-risk indicators) and take proactive action to retain accounts
  • 08Present complex marketing strategies and performance data in clear, compelling formats to practice owners and stakeholders
  • 09Provide leadership with forecasts on account revenue, retention risk, and growth pipeline
  • 10Represent Aesthetix Media at industry events and in strategic conversations that strengthen the agency's reputation
  • 11Contribute to the development of internal processes, playbooks, and best practices for the account management team
