Desired Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in one of the following fields:

- UX/UI Design
- Interaction Design
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Graphic Design
- Computer Science
- Related creative or technical discipline
- Expert-level Figma proficiency with advanced prototyping and component skills
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
- Strong portfolio of web and mobile design work demonstrating range and quality
- Understanding of front-end development constraints and possibilities
- Experience leading design teams or managing design projects end-to-end

- 05Create high-fidelity UI designs for websites, landing pages, and marketing assets
- 06Develop design standards and guidelines for consistent quality across the agency
- 07Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with confidence and clarity
- 08Collaborate with developers on implementation to ensure design fidelity
- 09Drive conversion-focused design decisions backed by data and best practices
- 10Manage design project timelines and resource allocation
- 11Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry innovations
- 12Build design templates for scalable production across med spa client projects
