At Aesthetix Media, every new team member — regardless of experience level — goes through our comprehensive Bootcamp training program. You'll receive hands-on training in:
- 1Conversion Rate Optimization — Learn the CRO frameworks and testing methodologies we use to maximize patient bookings and consultation requests
- 2Med Spa Patient Booking Flows — Deep dive into optimized booking funnels, consultation request flows, and patient intake journeys specific to medical aesthetics
- 3Design Systems — Master how we build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries across client projects
- 4Webflow Design Constraints — Understand the capabilities and limitations of Webflow so your designs translate seamlessly into production
- 5Accessibility Standards — Get trained on WCAG compliance requirements and how we ensure inclusive design across all client deliverables

Desired Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in one of the following fields:

- UX/UI Design
- Interaction Design
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Computer Science
- Graphic Design
- Self-taught candidates with a strong portfolio will also be considered
- Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and design system management
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries at scale
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Familiarity with front-end development constraints (HTML, CSS, responsive behavior)

Core responsibilities
- 01Design user interfaces for med spa websites and landing pages that prioritize conversion and trust
- 02Create and maintain design systems with reusable components, tokens, and patterns
- 03Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design strategy
- 04Develop interactive prototypes in Figma for usability testing and stakeholder review
- 05Optimize booking and consultation funnels to increase patient acquisition
- 06Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards
- 07Collaborate with developers on implementation, providing specs and assets for handoff
- 08Create responsive designs for all devices — desktop, tablet, and mobile
- 09Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with clear rationale
- 10Iterate based on analytics data, user feedback, and A/B test results
- 11Document design patterns and guidelines for team reference and consistency
