Our bootcamp training program
At Aesthetix Media, every new team member — regardless of experience level — goes through our comprehensive Bootcamp training program. You'll receive hands-on training in:
- Conversion Rate Optimization — Learn the CRO frameworks and testing methodologies we use to maximize patient bookings and consultation requests
- Med Spa Patient Booking Flows — Deep dive into optimized booking funnels, consultation request flows, and patient intake journeys specific to medical aesthetics
- Design Systems — Master how we build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries across client projects
- Webflow Design Constraints — Understand the capabilities and limitations of Webflow so your designs translate seamlessly into production
- Accessibility Standards — Get trained on WCAG compliance requirements and how we ensure inclusive design across all client deliverables
Who We're Looking For
The right fit for this role
Desired Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in one of the following fields:
Requirements
- UX/UI Design
- Interaction Design
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Computer Science
- Graphic Design
- Self-taught candidates with a strong portfolio will also be considered
- Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and design system management
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries at scale
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Familiarity with front-end development constraints (HTML, CSS, responsive behavior)

What You'll Do
Core responsibilities
- 01Design user interfaces for med spa websites and landing pages that prioritize conversion and trust
- 02Create and maintain design systems with reusable components, tokens, and patterns
- 03Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design strategy
- 04Develop interactive prototypes in Figma for usability testing and stakeholder review
- 05Optimize booking and consultation funnels to increase patient acquisition
- 06Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards
- 07Collaborate with developers on implementation, providing specs and assets for handoff
- 08Create responsive designs for all devices — desktop, tablet, and mobile
- 09Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with clear rationale
- 10Iterate based on analytics data, user feedback, and A/B test results
- 11Document design patterns and guidelines for team reference and consistency
