Our bootcamp training program
At Aesthetix Media, every new team member — regardless of experience level — goes through our comprehensive Bootcamp training program. You'll receive hands-on training in:
- UX Research Methods — Learn the research frameworks we use to understand med spa patient behavior, booking intent, and service discovery patterns
- Wireframing Tools (Figma) — Master our Figma workflows, templates, and file organization standards for rapid wireframe production
- Med Spa User Journeys — Deep dive into how med spa patients research treatments, compare providers, and make booking decisions online
- Conversion-Focused Layouts — Study proven layout patterns that drive consultation bookings, form completions, and phone calls for med spa clients
- Relume.io Component Library — Get trained on our Relume.io-based component system and how we use it to accelerate wireframe production
Who We're Looking For
The right fit for this role
Desired Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in one of the following fields:
Requirements
- Graphic Design
- UX Design
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Visual Communications
- A related design or technology discipline
- Self-taught candidates with a strong portfolio will also be considered
- Experience with Figma or similar wireframing tools
- Understanding of UX principles and information architecture
- Familiarity with responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Knowledge of user research methodologies

What You'll Do
Core responsibilities
- 01Create wireframes for med spa websites that prioritize clarity, conversion, and patient trust
- 02Design user flows and site maps for new client projects and website redesigns
- 03Conduct UX research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- 04Develop interactive prototypes in Figma for stakeholder review and testing
- 05Collaborate with UI designers on seamless wireframe-to-visual-design handoff
- 06Present wireframe concepts to clients with clear rationale for design choices
- 07Iterate wireframes based on client feedback, user testing results, and analytics data
- 08Document design decisions and reusable patterns for the team knowledge base
- 09Ensure mobile-first responsive layouts across all wireframe deliverables
- 10Support landing page optimization through wireframe variations and A/B test concepts
