  • Data visualization and dashboard building using Looker Studio and GoHighLevel to present actionable KPIs to clients and internal teams
  • Attribution modeling frameworks for multi-touch attribution that help clients understand which channels and campaigns drive the highest-value patient bookings
  • Med spa KPIs and industry fundamentals — treatment types, patient booking funnels, seasonal trends, and the key metrics med spa owners care about most
Who We're Looking For

The right fit for this role

Desired Education

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or Computer Science.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing measurement
  • Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in Looker Studio, Data Studio, or similar visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and tag management
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and marketing mix analysis

What You'll Do

Core responsibilities

  • 01Implement and configure GA4 properties, conversion events, and custom tracking for med spa client websites
  • 02Build and maintain Google Tag Manager containers with properly structured tags, triggers, and variables
  • 03Create client-facing dashboards in Looker Studio and GoHighLevel that visualize campaign performance, traffic trends, and conversion data
  • 04Analyze website and campaign data to identify optimization opportunities, traffic patterns, and conversion bottlenecks
  • 05Provide data-driven recommendations for conversion rate optimization (CRO) on landing pages, forms, and booking funnels
  • 06Manage tag implementation across client sites, ensuring all tracking pixels (Google Ads, Meta, call tracking) fire correctly
  • 07Audit existing analytics setups for data accuracy, identifying and fixing tracking gaps or misconfigurations
  • 08Develop attribution reports that help clients understand which marketing channels deliver the highest ROI
  • 09Collaborate with the SEO and paid media teams to ensure campaign tracking aligns with reporting requirements
  • 10Document analytics processes, tracking specifications, and dashboard configurations for internal knowledge sharing
  • 11Stay current on GA4 updates, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and evolving measurement best practices
