Desired Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in one of the following fields:
Requirements
- Web Design
- Graphic Design
- Interactive Media
- Visual Communications
- Related creative discipline
- Proficiency in Webflow (both design and development sides of the platform)
- Strong HTML/CSS knowledge with an understanding of how the web renders
- Experience with responsive design across breakpoints and device types
- Understanding of web animations and micro-interactions for enhanced UX
- Portfolio of live website projects demonstrating design range and quality

- Strong visual design sense with an eye for typography, color, and spacing
- Detail-oriented with pixel-perfect execution on every project
- Client-focused communicator who can present and iterate on design concepts
- Creative problem solver who finds elegant solutions within technical constraints
What You'll Do
Core responsibilities
- 01Design and build med spa websites in Webflow from concept to launch
- 02Create responsive layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- 03Implement animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience
- 04Set up Webflow CMS collections for dynamic content (services, blog, team, locations)
- 05Optimize designs for page speed and Core Web Vitals performance
- 06Ensure SEO best practices in design (heading hierarchy, image optimization, structure)
- 07Create reusable design components and symbols for efficient production
- 08Manage style guides and pattern libraries for consistent branding
- 09Conduct cross-browser testing to ensure consistent rendering
- 10Collaborate with the content team on page layouts and visual storytelling
- 11Present design concepts to clients and guide them through the review process
- 12Iterate based on client feedback and performance data to continuously improve
Compensation
