Do I have to switch booking systems?

No — we either replace your current booking system with the Aesthetix Hub flow, or we integrate alongside whatever you use (Mindbody, Zenoti, Boulevard, GHL). Either way, patients get a 24/7 online booking experience and your front desk gets relief.

Can patients pay for treatments at booking?

Yes. We can require a deposit or full payment at booking, including for high-no-show services like body contouring or laser packages. Card on file is also supported, which lets you charge a small no-show fee when needed and dramatically reduces ghost bookings.

What if my providers want to control their own availability?

They do. Each provider has their own login and manages their own calendar, blocking lunch, PTO, training days, or any time off — no requests sent to your front desk or to us. Multi-provider conflict guards run automatically so you can't double-book.

Does this work for treatments with prep requirements?
